Arrived at hotel to check in, unfortunately there was no one at the desk. Waited with another customer for approximately 10 minutes still no one came to the desk. Other customer lost his cool and started ringing a desk bell which we had attempted previously. Felicia finally came out from the back to attend to us. When it was my turn to check in it took her approximately 30 minutes to figure out how to obtain my reservation and give me a key to my room. Throughout this process she never once apologized or explained why she was experiencing a delay in processing my entry. Extremely poor customer service at this facility. I contacted Marriott and they in turn contacted the management. Management called me to inform me that they had no record of my staying there. I have the paperwork with the exact address of the location. I cannot recommend this hotel to you.

Ok, so this is going to be my first ever negative review. Like everyone else, I wish there was an option to give ZERO STARS. I am a Marriott TITANIUM Elite member (the hotel management can verify it by looking up my reservation). The reason I mentioned that is because obviously I have spent decent money to stay at the Marriott properties. I personally despise Marriott Franchise properties because of the obvious reasons. They try their best to take the name down. Why I still stay at the Marriott properties, because of the corporate locations. Being in a bind, decided to give this Franchise location a shot. Guess what, once again proved that staying at the franchise locations is a mistake and enough is enough. No welcome greeting, lobby lights are off, no water offered( yes they do with the platinum status, and the only reason I’m mentioning it because of the Marriott standards, not asking a princess treatment), u cleaned restroom ( hair in the bathroom), no breakfast being offered (and yes during these times they offer to go breakfast bags). I hope the franchise Management takes a notice of this and make sure to keep the Marriott standards in line!

During Hurricane Laura my family and I had to evacuate on a moments notice. We originally were going to stay in another Hotel but when we arrived it was disgusting! Immediately we began searching for another place and found this one. Listen, I never bother writing reviews like this but this staff DESERVES IT! The General Manger (Shon Tucker) and the Front Office Manager (Renaldo Vines) just treated us like ROYALTY...They made a bad situation pleasant and enjoyable. I felt at home. Even my dog Snowflake was treated very well. My dad is handicapped and can talk your head off and each day Shon or Renaldo listened to him and fellowshipped with him like he was their own Father. The Cleaning staff was pleasant and each day took care of our needs. THIS IS MY GO TO HOTEL FROM NOW ON!!! OUTSATNDING STAFF..... Thanks from The Perossier Family....

The lady that looks over the hotel at night is horrible. Monique need to find another job if her attitude is going to match her character. Need to change her out ASAP. Bringing the business down. Must use better customer service cause hers suck.

We were visiting family in March and wanted a hotel near them at a reasonable price. When we arrived, we had the best welcome by any hotel staff ever. It was personal, warm, kind, fun and informative. The property was beautiful, decorated in sea greens which that promoted a feeling of calm. The rooms and public areas were exceptionally clean. The self-serve breakfast area was well maintained and supplied and we liked the Texas-shaped waffle maker. This was definitely one of the most memorable stays I have ever experienced.
